Almost all of us have had traumatic experiences in our lives—some that we remember and others we probably don’t.

These traumas often inhibit us in our relationships with our family, friends, partners and colleagues, holding us back from being “at our best” in the social and professional situations we find ourselves in every day.

The good news is that recent research has revealed new and deeply effective ways to heal those kinds of traumas, as well as the intergenerational traumas of our collective past.

The even better news is that two of the most respected researchers in the world are teaming up for the first time to share with you their keys to healing those traumas.
